I had a really lovely stay in a long time. The hotel was big size with a great location adjacent to the famous Lake, local food restaurants and the market and shopping area. The pizza restaurant onsite had amazing dishes.

Had a very comfortable stay for a visit of the old quarter. My room was relaxing and absolutely perfect with a large balcony, an SOFT bed, as for instance as described. The food from the pizza restaurant was brilliant.

We were initially allocated a very small room which did not meet our expectations as we felt it was only suitable for a single person not a double as requested. However when we complained the next morning they sorted us a more appropriately sized room with which we were very happy.

The room was immaculately clean and silent and had common bathroom plus a coffeemaker and fridges. The setting was quite great and fantastic within easy reach of Hoan Kiem Lake.

Our rooms were perfectly clean and silent with comfortable bed, Roomy walk-in shower, for example. The hotel was placed 30 km away from the airport.

That was lovely little and fabulous hotel set in shopping area, just next door to the Ho Guom lake, the center of the old quarter and local food restaurants. The property had a central location and it was right next to a performing arts theater. There was a pizza restaurant nearby.

The location was good and magnificent, within walking distance of Temple of the Jade Mountain. The room was modern and functional with balcony. The staff there were amicable and excellent.

Located in a reasonably quiet street within the bustling old quarter, it provides a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The staff, from the friendly receptionists to the helpful breakfast area attendant, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location in front of a clean little bakery adds a delightful touch.
Breakfast had room for improvement but was acceptable.
